Freqently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How are tickets delivered?

Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique reference code and barcode – this is your E-Ticket and entry to the event. You must bring this E-Ticket to the event, either on your smartphone, or by printing it off. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode.

What to do if I didn’t receive, or I lost, my E-Ticket?

Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode. If you did not receive your E-Ticket, or you would like it re-sent, please contact the ad:tech team via australia@ad-tech.com or phone +61 2 8923 8308.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes – you will then be able to add as many “additional attendees” to your booking as required, and the total cost will reflect the total number of passes required. Each E-ticket is delivered to the individual email address used during registration for each registrant. If you have any questions about how group bookings work, please contact us.

Can I transfer my pass?

Yes – substitutions will gladly be accepted at any time prior to the conference with written consent from the original registrant. All substitutions must be submitted to the ad:tech team at australia@ad-tech.com. Please note, passes cannot be transferred or swapped between different people during the event (March 15-16th, 2015).

What currency are prices in?

ad:tech Australia, run by Comexposium, is an Australian owned business for trading/registration purposes and all transactions are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The name that will appear on your statement will be Comexposium. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to Ricky Turner at Ricky.Turner@comexposium-au.com. Cancellations received on or before 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund to the Credit Card used, minus a $200 AUD processing fee. No refunds will be issued in the 14 days prior to the start of the event, and refunds must therefore be requested by 5pm, Monday 29th February 2016.

Privacy Policy

1. All registration information will be kept private unless you opt-in to having your profile information shared on our event App and Business Connect networking directory. Your directory profile shares your Name, Title, Company only and allows people to contact you directly through the App. You are directly asked upon signing into the App whether you want this information shared. Email and phone information is only shared with a given delegate if you authorise it. 2. ad:tech does not share your information with any third parties.

Terms & Conditions

1. All tickets are electronic only (E-Ticket) and are delivered via email to the email address used during registration, following completion of that registration. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode.  2. ad:tech show management reserves the right to qualify any and all attendees to its events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company that a) does not qualify as a marketing industry professional; and/or b) engages in or is reputed to engage in marketing practices that are generally considered unethical, unprofessional, or non-compliant with anti-spam legislation. ad:tech is strongly opposed to spam and will aggressively take action to keep those engaging in such practices out of our event. 3. ad:tech also reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from non-exhibitor vendor companies who we consider to be sellers rather than buyers. 4. Solicitation or distribution of any type of marketing or advertising material by is prohibited unless previously arranged with ad:tech show management. Violators will be removed from the show – no exceptions! 5. The ad:tech agenda, speakers, sessions and timing are subject to change.
